These nibs originate from a Maya Indian farm nestled deep in the rainforest of Belize. They are organically grown and carefully selected for the finest seeds, which are then fermented in their natural juices and sun-dried. The beans are slow-roasted over an open fire, imparting a unique nutty crunch that only a small producer can achieve. After roasting, the seeds are crushed, and the shells are separated from the delectable crunchy nibs, minimizing bitterness. Our flavored nibs are coated in organic raw cane sugar and dusted with herbs or spices sourced from Belize, enhancing their natural taste.
